Learn moreHello. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University. I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I am also a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA).
I am passionate about providing a welcoming, non-judgemental space where individuals of all ages and stages can learn to recognize and harness their own inherent strength and capacity for emotional and psychological healing. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including educational counselling centers and private practice.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocess (EMDR), Parts Work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness strategies, Somatic strategies, Play Therapy with children, and other trauma informed methods. I have a particular interest in experiential modalities that can help clients map their internal system, to listen to their own mind, heart, and body, to create better connections with self.
