Individual therapy is meant to provide a place where learning, personal development, healing, and change can occur in a meaningful way. It is more then just a place to talk, but rather a place to discover and challenge yourself to be better.
How does it work?
Our goal is to help individuals heal from present and past negative experiences that may impact home and work life - in a safe, caring and confidential environment. Once you are matched with the clinician of your choosing, you will embark on creating a plan that will help meet your goals for therapy.
All of our clinicians are trained to help clients explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviours and work through challenging experiences in order to understand yourself and others better, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
What can I expect?
Our team will help you book an initial session with a clinician of your choosing and send you the forms required prior to your initial session. Once your session is booked, you will receive additional information regarding our location and billing procedures.
All of our clinicians are trained in a variety of specialized modalities, including EMDR. You can refer to the team page on this website for more information.
Fees
We follow the recommended fees set forth by the Psychologists' Association of Alberta.

Billing may also occur in 10 minute increments for services done outside the therapy hour such as phone calls, writing letters, etc., letters and will be charged based on the hourly rate of the therapist for the service rendered. Sessions are billed based on the actual time, not the estimated time.
